This year marks the 20th anniversary of the INFORMS Decision Analysis Journal. To mark that occasion, the Editor-in-Chief, Vicki Bier, identified and reviewed the most cited publication from each year. Prof. Eric Bickel’s paper “Some Comparisons Among Quadratic, Spherical, and Logarithmic Scoring Rules” was named as the most cited paper from 2007.
